We had a fantastic stay at a hotel located conveniently next to the bus terminal, which made it easy for us to explore the island. The hotel was slightly away from the noisy centre but within walking distance of the shopping centres, which was great for some retail therapy. The best part was that the hotel was directly on the beach, allowing us to enjoy panoramic views of the ocean. The rooms were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff always ready to assist us. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, ensuring a satisfying start to our day. Additionally, the hotel provided beautiful gardens with plenty of seating, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Although the hotel was beautiful and had excellent facilities, we did experience some issues with the in-room wifi, which was not always working properly.

Lovely accommodations with welcoming staff and excellent food. the hotel had a beautiful pool and garden with plenty of activities for all ages. the location was convenient, just a short walk to the beach and public transport. We enjoyed the nightly entertainment and appreciated the complimentary amenities, such as fresh fruits and water in our room.

We also found that the number of available sunbeds was limited, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

I had a fantastic stay at this place. The location is fine, with small supermarkets and trinket shops nearby. The pool area was spacious with sufficient loungers and umbrellas. The room was cleaned until 9 am every morning and was equipped with all the necessary amenities. The whole venue is illuminated by thousands of twinkling little lights and green spots, creating a magical atmosphere. The staff here are wonderful and always there to help with your every request. They were friendly, efficient, and unintrusive, making sure my stay was comfortable. The service provided by the hotel was top-notch, with facilities such as car hire, dry cleaning, and laundry available. The restaurant and snack bar offered delicious meals, with a wide variety of options for breakfast and dinner. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it.

I had an amazing stay at this 4-star hotel. The location within a tropical park was simply stunning, providing a serene and tranquil atmosphere. The hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, from air conditioning and a balcony in my room, to a beautiful terrace and garden furniture where I could relax and enjoy the view. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. The dining options were fantastic, with a buffet breakfast and dinner that offered a varied and delicious selection of food. The pool area was also fantastic, with comfortable sun loungers and a heated swimming pool that I thoroughly enjoyed.

I enjoyed the hammocks around the pool and the amazing botanical garden. The hotel had a colonial vibe and the cocktails were delicious. Loved the Canarian style!
