The location in the heart of the old town was perfect - I was able to walk everywhere and explore all that the old town had to offer. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, with a spacious room and a large window that let in lots of natural light. The staff were extremely welcoming and provided helpful recommendations for local places to eat and visit. the hotel provided a fantastic experience in terms of cleanliness, facilities, and staff hospitality.

During our stay, the elevator worked perfectly, allowing us easy access to our room. The location of Pension Basic Confort is unbeatable, right in the heart of the old town, surrounded by the vibrant energy of the city. Our room was spacious, with a large window and balcony, offering a great view of the Semana Grande parades happening right below us. The double glazing ensured a peaceful night's sleep, blocking out any street noise. The staff, especially Pelar, were incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing us with valuable information and assistance. a fantastic accommodation that we highly recommend.

We got great value for our money at Pension Basic Confort. The room was clean, bright, and comfortable, perfect after a day of exploring. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of old town with easy access to the beach and pintxos bars. The staff were excellent, giving us lots of helpful information and recommendations. One major disappointment was the balcony advertised, which had a less than desirable view of washing and rubbish. This made us keep the doors closed most of the time, limiting our access to fresh air.

The room was spotlessly clean, with a jaw-droppingly spacious shower room. The furnishings were basic but had everything we needed for a few days. The pension is centrally located with both beaches nearby, and plenty of excellent pintxos bars and restaurants to choose from. The owners provided a customized map with fantastic recommendations. Receptionist Pili gave us a warm welcome and amazing suggestions on where to eat and explore. The room was bright and comfortable. Thank you Pili for such a wonderful stay!

I recently stayed at Pension Basic Confort for a few nights while exploring the old town. The location couldn't have been better - right in the center, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local attractions. The manager, Pelar, was absolutely fantastic! Our Tokyo room was spotless and comfortable, with a large bathroom. I highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely stay here again.

We loved Pension Basic Confort! The elevator worked perfectly, and the room and location were incredible. Right in the heart of the old town, just minutes away from everything. The room was spacious, with a large window and even a balcony. It was ideal for us as karaoke and casino enthusiasts. The balcony provided a fantastic view of the Semana Grande parades happening right below us. And when it was time to rest, the double glazing made all the street noise disappear, allowing us to sleep peacefully.

Her warm and friendly nature made me feel right at home. She gave great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. the room was comfortable and clean, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided. the wifi was also fast and reliable.

I had a great experience at this pension. the host at Pension Basic Confort was incredibly friendly and accommodating. the room I stayed in was spacious and themed, with the Tokyo theme being perfect for handicapped visitors. the bed was comfortable and the pillows were large and nice. the double-glazed French window was a nice touch, as it was both tiltable and openable onto a small balcony. the basic facilities provided in the room, such as a fridge, TV with local channels, and safe, were sufficient. the fast WiFi allowed me to stream TV shows on my tablet. the staff was very friendly and helpful, even with their limited English. the room was extremely clean, and the spacious shower room was a bonus. the central location of the pension made it easy to access both beaches and enjoy the nearby pintxos bars and restaurants.
