We loved the friendly staff, great service, and the convenience of having a kettle in the room. The heating and hot water were also top-notch.

Felt welcomed, nothing was too much trouble.

I had a fantastic experience at this centrally located hotel. the concierge at Hostal Centro was incredibly helpful and provided us with a map and recommendations for the top attractions in the area. He even assisted us in navigating the train to Hernani and finding the best sagardotegiak. the hotel itself was spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and adequate heating, which was perfect for our winter visit. the private bathrooms in each room were a pleasant surprise, as this is not always guaranteed in San Sebastian pensions. the hotel's location in the heart of Gros, just a short distance from Zurriola beach, Kursaal Palace, and the Old Part of the city, made it extremely convenient. Plus, there was a nearby parking arrangement available.

I got great value for my money at Hostal San Sebastian Centro. The room was clean and modern with a spacious bathroom. The location was excellent, close to the bus station and a short walk to the old part of town. The staff, especially Javier, was welcoming and provided exceptional service.

The hotel breakfast could be improved by offering more variety.
