The value for our money at Dunowen Properties was excellent. The room was comfortable and perfect for multiple people. The location was ideal, with everything we needed within walking distance. The staff was incredibly helpful and provided clear written instructions and a map. The well-equipped kitchen was a great bonus.

The breakfast could be improved with a welcome pack including coffee/tea and dish sponges. It would be nice to have these small amenities provided for a more convenient stay.

We had a fantastic time during our stay in downtown Vancouver. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city and close to everything. The apartment was clean and everything worked well. Although the room showed some signs of wear and tear, it was comfortable and had clear instructions for our convenience. We also appreciated the easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

There were a few missing items in the apartment such as dishwashing utensils and basic cooking supplies.

Stayed at a great location in downtown. Walked everywhere or used public transit easily. Lots of restaurants nearby. Supermarket and liquor store within close proximity. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a personal welcome and show-through by the host. Close to the Hop-On-Hop-Off bus stop and within walking distance to Stanley Park. Safe and secure for solo travelers. Fantastic views of Coal Harbour and the mountains. The landlord was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting.

The location couldn't have been better. We were able to walk to all the main attractions and public transportation was easily accessible. Plus, there were plenty of dining options nearby, so we never went hungry. Another highlight was the prompt maintenance service. Whenever we had an issue, they were quick to fix it, which was greatly appreciated.

The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and the furniture looked worn and outdated. The lack of a functioning TV was a bummer, especially since it rained most of the time we were there, leaving us stuck indoors.

I loved that I could easily walk to various attractions like Stanley Park and the beach. the views from the apartment were stunning, with Coal Harbour and the mountains in sight. the landlord was very helpful and accommodating to all my needs. The layout of the unit was a bit strange and had a lot of unusable space. One of the bathrooms smelled moldy and the hallway carpet could use some cleaning.
