Great location, friendly staff, but the air conditioning was not working right away.

Had a fantastic time here! The location is just a few blocks from the main station, which made getting around super easy and Oscar at the front desk was a star, giving us tips on where to eat and what to see. We really appreciated the friendly service, it’s rare but it made our vacation that much better.

It wasn't the cheapest option out there, but honestly, worth it for what you get.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the Sants train station and several metro lines. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which was a perfect start to our mornings.

While the staff was friendly, the breakfast service could have been a bit quicker. Also, the air conditioning unit was noisy at times, which made for some restless nights. It's worth mentioning the decor felt slightly outdated, but it was clean, and overall, we had a pleasant stay.

the hot water was so inconsistent, it’s like they couldn't decide if I should have comfort or not. plus, the sink absolutely flooded, making me look like a clueless fool! I expected a complimentary gesture for the hassle, but I guess they don’t do that. could have been an amazing stay, but just couldn’t witstand these drama-inducing inconveniences.

Pestana is perfectly situated, a mere five-minute stroll from the main square, metro stations, and numerous dining options. The staff consistently excelled, offering attentive service and a warm welcome that made our stay memorable (a true gem! ).

Breakfast could be replenished faster.

Request a room on lower floors for quieter nights, as higher floors face street noise. Consider upgrading to a junior suite for added comfort and privacy.

We had an amazing experience. rooms were clean and spacious. Great access to nearby metro stations. The staff was super friendly, especially Oscar. He was thoughtful and made our stay enjoyable. Convenient location near Plaza de Espanya.

Couldn’t fault.

The traffic outside was a minor annoyance. I thought my room faced a quaint alley, not a racetrack! Also, the breakfast variety could use a good sprucing up, more choices please!

The room offered great comfort and space, equipped with a fridge and safe, and was conveniently located near public transport and numerous dining options. The staff consistently demonstrated exceptional friendliness, which enhanced the overall experience. However, noise from a nearby renovation disrupted the peace, and the timing of the work was not communicated before arrival. Despite requesting quieter accommodations, the noise persisted, limiting relaxation during the stay.

pestana is so close to two major transport hubs, making it easy to explore the area. the friendly staff, especially diego and marlene, provided excellent service during breakfast. the outdoor dining area had a great range of food options that most guests would love.

all good, just more options at breakfast! 😊

Just back from a lovely 3-night stay! The breakfast was fantastic, catering well to my gluten intolerance. The room was spacious and the bath was fabulous! However, the pillows caused us some discomfort. Definitely planning a return visit!
