The location of the hotel is great, as it is in the center and close to Broadway's lively nightlife. The room was well-appointed and very clean, with modern touches. The Sonder app was also easy to use.

Communication from the hotel was excessive, with an absurd amount of messages and reminders.

The location of Sonder The Stat Aparthotel was ideal for exploring the city and attending Vanderbilt University. It was quiet and allowed for a good night's sleep. The apartment itself was beautifully designed, well-equipped, and furnished. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow.

The living area was a bit cramped when the sofa bed was made up, and the lack of signage made it difficult to find the property initially. Additionally, the room could have been cleaner, with a lingering smell of smoke and some dust.

We loved staying at this venue! The location was perfect for exploring the city, with Broadway night life and many attractions just a short walk away. The room was equipped with everything we needed, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We enjoyed sitting at the dining table and using the free wi-fi in the rooms. The toiletries were also a nice touch and the flat-screen tv was great for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The staff were friendly and the leisure facilities were great, with free parking available.

There isn't anything we didn't like about this place. We highly recommend it to friends and anyone looking for a comfortable stay near downtown.

Christmas at this hotel was a blast! We liked the fact that we received a welcome pack on arrival and that we had everything we needed for our short stay. The location was perfect - downtown and popular landmarks were only a short walk or drive away. the on-site parking was ideal and a nice touch. We loved the comfortable beds and the clean, soft linens that came with loads of pillows.

One thing we didn't appreciate was the hefty cleaning fee charged on top of the list price. the walls were quite thin and we could hear everything going on in the neighboring rooms, which was a bit of a downside.
