We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this place. From the moment we entered, we felt welcomed by the friendly staff who provided excellent service. The location was ideal, located on the Gran Via with easy access to shopping and attractions. Our room was spacious and comfortable with modern amenities such as air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. We also appreciated the additional facilities such as the rooftop pool, fitness centre, and leisure room with free Wi-Fi.

Great location in the heart of the city with easy access to public transport and a wide range of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The blackout shades were a nice touch for a good night's sleep, and the rooftop restaurant offers amazing views. a fantastic stay.

We were welcomed with a warm smile by the reception staff, just like in the database review. They even granted our request for a top-level room with stunning views of the city. The room itself was immaculate and the cleaning service was excellent. We enjoyed the cozy rooftop bar and the convenient location of the hotel made it easy to explore Madrid's attractions. We stayed at a hotel located in the heart of the city, on a busy shopping street with restaurants and easy access to famous places on foot. The staff were very kind, and they stored our luggage until our rooms were ready. We enjoyed the rooftop pool with stunning views of the city.

One minor issue was that the music on the terrace was too loud, and it continued until late at night.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Madrid's famous street. The hotel decoration is beautiful and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Carlos and Maria went above and beyond to assist me with any requests I had.

There was a minor inconvenience with one of the lifts being out of service during my stay, but the staff made up for it by ensuring a smooth check-in process and providing assistance with carrying luggage up the stairs. The rooftop bar was a highlight, offering stunning views of the city.

We absolutely loved our stay at this incredible hotel! The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything we wanted to explore in the city. The staff were exceptional in their service, from the friendly door security to the attentive roof top bar team. Carlos at reception went above and beyond to ensure our stay was extraordinary, even securing a reservation for us at a popular restaurant. The rooftop bar had a great atmosphere and stunning views, and the breakfast buffet was excellent value for money. We were truly impressed and will definitely be back!

During my new year stay, I must say that I loved the complementary breakfast buffet, it had delicious foods and a great value for the price. The hotel's location was also amazing, close to all popular stores and restaurants, which made it easy for me to explore the city. the staff were very attentive and friendly, always ready to offer any assistance I needed.

There were some negative aspects of my stay. my room was a bit noisy due to its location close to the lift, which sometimes woke me up in the morning.
