Our room at Doubletree By Hilton was spacious and clean. The climate controls worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay. The TV had the option to connect personal devices, which was convenient.

The futon in our room was difficult to pull out, making it a hassle to use as a bed. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was not complimentary, so we had to rely on our phone data instead.

The hotel is conveniently located across from the convention center and outlet mall, making it easy to access. The staff provides excellent customer service and is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. The nearby Hilton has a Starbucks, perfect for coffee lovers. Upon check-in, guests receive a nice warm cookie, a sweet touch.

The hotel is close to Chicago Outlet stores and Gibsons restaurant, which is amazing. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The hotel is located about 15 minutes away from a train station, making it convenient for transportation.

The bed was very soft and everything was nice and clean. The staff was helpful and the location was great, near the airport and a shopping outlet mall. Easy access to the highway for downtown and close to other attractions in the area. The hotel was right across the street from the main event.

The location of this place with a connecting bridge to the convention center made it very convenient for us to attend our convention. The staff here were very friendly and accommodating, from the maids to the manager. The room amenities including the mini-bar, in-room safe, and free toiletries were very helpful. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge had great options and the staff also accommodated a unique request very nicely. The leisure facilities including the swimming pool, fitness studio, and free airport shuttle were top notch.

I had a great value for my money at Doubletree By Hilton. The room was fantastic and the staff treated me exceptionally well. The location was also perfect, with easy access to shuttles and plenty of entertainment and dining options within walking distance.

They were friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and we loved the fact that it had a pool, a fitness center, and two restaurants. the room was spacious and welcoming, with a huge shower and separate tub that we really appreciated. One of the best aspects of our stay was that our room was conveniently located on the same floor as the pool and parking garage, which made it easy for us to access these amenities, especially since we were traveling with kids.

The only downside to our stay was the pillows. They were a bit too flat and hard for our liking, which made it a little uncomfortable to sleep.
