The hotel was fresh and modern, with a beautiful room and a large private balcony. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the best restaurants, bars, and shopping stores in town. The breakfast buffet offered in the basement space was decent, and the staff working there were extremely friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a prime location, with friendly staff, comfortable beds, and plenty of sockets for all our devices. the hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore the Salamanca neighborhood, with its great dining and shopping options. We were also able to walk to major attractions like the city center, Retiro park, and the Prado museum. Our room was well-appointed and the bathroom had everything we needed. the delicious breakfast offered a wide selection to start our day off right.

We stayed in a hotel located in a very nice area, in an upscale neighborhood. It was situated in the Salamanca district, which was perfect for easy access to shopping areas and trendy restaurants. The rooms were spacious and well presented, with comfortable beds and a separate area for the children with their own TV. The bathroom was huge and beautifully designed, providing a luxurious experience. The staff were helpful and the breakfast offered a wide range of options.

Our room didn't offer a great view of the street and felt a bit dark.

The room is spacious and can fit a baby crib. The glass wall separating the bathroom has been changed to a proper wall.

The breakfast served in the old cellar was delicious, with an extensive menu and fast and efficient service. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with lovely amenities and comfy beds.

The two complementary drinks offered upon arrival were a nice touch, and the location was pretty central with easy access to public transport. the breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from.

The room was quite small, and the walls seemed paper-thin as we could hear every noise coming from the next room. the air-conditioning was also quite noisy and made it hard to sleep at times.

We had a great stay at Icon! the staff at the reception was perfect, the rooms were clean and beautiful. the hotel is situated near the center and close to the amazing Retiro Park. Two nearby metro stations made it easy to explore the city. Excellent location, comfortable family room, and delicious breakfasts. All the staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Icon!
