Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs as a family with a young child. They gave us a room on the first floor, helped us with our stroller, and even called a taxi for us. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with fresh juices, superfoods, and artisan pancakes and eggs. The hotel facilities were in great shape, and we loved the hip and modern vibe. I can't recommend it enough!

As a disabled traveler, I appreciated the accessible room that could comfortably sleep four. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore nearby bars and restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist us. The breakfast included in our stay was delicious, and the beautiful rooftop terrace provided an excellent space to relax.

We were pleasantly surprised by the availability of room service and laundry services, and the tours/ticket assistance that was offered here. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a flat-screen TV and a mini-bar. And the cherry on top was the leisure swimming pool and sun terrace that made our stay even more enjoyable.

I booked this hotel for a mother/daughter trip and it made for a very comfortable temporary home! The location was great, with easy access to major attractions via Metro and bus lines. The room was spacious with plenty of natural light. The staff, especially Pedro at check-in, were kind and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of options, and Alicia was always there to ensure a pleasant start to the day. The hotel's rooftop terrace and pool area were magical, and the hotel was located in a quieter area but still close to all the action.

The location was great, being close to Plaza de Cataluña but still in a quieter part of the city. We were able to find cute restaurants nearby that weren't packed like an Anthropologie store. Additionally, the hotel was close to many attractions, allowing us to easily explore the city. The breakfast was also a good choice and worth the extra charge.
