petit palace really exceeded my expectations. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a great selection of amenities. the location was perfect, right near gran via and public transportation. the staff was helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable.

Thin walls, could hear everything.

As longer-term business travelers, we were impressed by the spotlessly clean and spacious rooms at the hotel. The comfortable beds and functioning air conditioning ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel's central location off Grand Via made it convenient to explore the city on foot, by metro, or by bus. The friendly staff added to the positive experience, and the combination of different buildings gave the hotel a unique charm. We also appreciated the free WiFi throughout the building.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel is conveniently located near all the main squares, making it easy to explore the city. It is situated between Gran Via and Chueca, providing excellent access to popular areas such as Puerta del Sol. The staff are friendly and helpful, as mentioned by previous guests, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Some guests mentioned that the staircase and corridors had a dirty feel, which might be a drawback for those seeking a pristine environment.

The location just off Gran Via made it convenient to access the Tribunal, Sol, Opera, and Granvia stations. The hotel facilities were clean, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast served was delicious with fresh orange juice and excellent coffee.

The staff at this hotel were superbly friendly and efficient. They really helped make our Easter weekend stay amazing! the hotel had an incredible location, right next to the shops, restaurants and transportation options. We loved being able to easily access all the sights and sounds of the city. the beds were extremely comfortable and we slept great every night. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi, making our stay even better.

There were a few minor issues. the shower in our room had a couple of small cracks and the hallway outside our room had an occasional funky smell.

The hotel is ideally located in the centre of the city, close to the shopping district and within walking distance of the Prado Museum. The area surrounding the hotel is filled with great bars and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were friendly and tried their best to mitigate the ongoing works. The beds in the room were extremely comfortable, and the room itself was spacious. The hotel also provided shampoo and soap dispensers, a powerful hair dryer with different temperature settings, and fluffy towels. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of options including meats, veggies, yogurt, juices, breads. The hotel's old-style elevator added a unique charm.
