The location of the hotel was perfect for us, with major fashion brands just downstairs and plenty of restaurant options nearby. Despite being in a busy retail neighborhood, it was surprisingly quiet. The staff at Icon Embassy were excellent, providing attentive and caring service throughout our stay. They even went the extra mile by preparing grapes and Cava for us to enjoy the Spanish New Year tradition. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, allowing us to fall asleep immediately.

We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The location is amazing; right in the heart of a trendy district with major shopping spots nearby. The staff is incredibly helpful and made us feel at home right away. The hotel offers various services like room service, housekeeping, car and bike rentals, and even medical facilities. Our room had all the amenities we could ask for, including a safe, coffee and tea-making amenities, and a dining table. We loved the soundproofed rooms that provided a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city.

It's tough to find any downsides. Suffice to say, we'll definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

The hotel is located in the best shopping area in the city, right in the center of Salamanca. It is in close proximity to everything you may need and is situated in the Salamanca neighborhood. The recently refurbished rooms are modern and comfortable, with plenty of cupboard space. The staff are efficient and helpful, providing immediate responses when issues are raised.

The glass-walled bathrooms, although trendy, let in too much light and disturb others while sleeping. the design of the shower makes it difficult to avoid water coming out, causing humidity and mold on the connecting wall in the bedroom.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of a fashionable district, surrounded by high-end boutiques and close to major attractions like historic sites and delicious restaurants. The location was perfect, with a taxi stand right outside the door. The room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a powerful hairdryer and slippers were provided. I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning.

There was one minor issue with the hotel. The wifi occasionally had some connectivity issues, which was a bit inconvenient.

If you are someone who likes to have a lot of food options to choose from, this hotel may not be the best option as there are limited food places around the hotel. the hotel was pretty expensive in comparison with other options in the area.

I stayed at Icon Embassy for one night and it was perfect for my shopping trip. The hotel is located in a great area, Serrano street, which is centrally located but away from the crowds of Gran Via. The staff was friendly and the rooms were basic, but comfortable and spacious. The balcony in my room was a nice bonus, providing a great view. The AC worked well, which was important during the hot summer weather. it was a convenient and good value stay.
