This venue is located in the heart of the city and you can walk almost everywhere within 10 minutes. The staff is extremely friendly and takes care of all your needs. The service offerings are amazing, from car hire and dry cleaning to bicycle rentals and room amenities, such as a mini-bar, in-room safe, and soundproofed rooms. The restaurant is also great, offering in-room breakfast and a buffet breakfast.

This place was perfect for my husband and me as we like to be close to all the major attractions. The location was excellent, within short walking distance to the Cathedral, Palace, many beautiful churches, and of course great places to eat and drink. The staff were all really friendly and very helpful on our arrival. Lovely Andrea on reception was so helpful, giving us tips on the sites and recommending some excellent restaurants. The room was very clean and comfortable, and we had no worries during our stay. The buffet breakfast was among the best we've had at a hotel, and we really enjoyed it.

We were pleasantly surprised by the personalized attention we received at Petit Palace. On my birthday, a tray with a handwritten letter, delicious cakes, candy, and champagne arrived at our door. The attention to detail was amazing and made our stay extra special. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great service and unforgettable experience.

The hotel was in a great location, with easy access to the cathedral and Alcazar. We loved the terrace room with a wind-out canopy. Our request for a kettle was instantly fulfilled with fresh milk. we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was outstanding, just a 2-3 minute walk from most of the old town attractions. It was very convenient to get to everywhere we wanted to go. Plus, it was nice that this place was just blocks from the main area downtown but didn't have the tourist crowds.
