Our stay at Petit Palace was fantastic. The hotel's central location in Puerta del Sol Plaza was ideal for exploring Madrid. With plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance, we were able to make the most of our time in the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. We definitely recommend Petit Palace for its excellent value and convenient location.

The hotel has a fantastic location, right in the heart of all the major attractions and shopping areas. The rooms are comfortable, with air conditioning and good hot water, and the beds are cushiony and relaxing. The sustainable focus is appreciated, with biodegradable bottles and attached toiletries.

There was a strong room spray that caused allergies for some guests, but the staff were helpful in changing rooms.

This hotel has an excellent location, right in the heart of all the action, surrounded by shops and with nice views from the rooms. The staff are also very helpful and attentive, making sure you have everything you need. The breakfast is great, with plenty of options to choose from, including a superfoods bar that changes every day.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from all the major attractions. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the street, which was great for people-watching. The staff at the front desk were fantastic and went out of their way to assist us. The bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. Despite being in a bustling area, there wasn't too much noise from outside. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and friendly staff.

One of the highlights was the great location. We had easy access to all the sights, restaurants, and shops we wanted to visit. We also enjoyed the friendly staff who were always willing to help us with directions and recommendations.

Despite the fantastic location, the hotel was not soundproof. We had trouble sleeping due to the noisy surroundings.

The location was perfect, just off the Puerta del Sol and really close to Gran Via. Everything was within walking distance, including popular attractions such as Puerto del Sol, Plaza Mayor, and Gran Via. The hotel and rooms were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of healthy options. The staff was exceptional, allowing us to have a later checkout and holding onto our luggage while we explored the city. Sergio and Amily at the front desk were especially fantastic.

The location of this hotel was tough to find at first, but it turned out to be nicely located for walking around and seeing the sights of the city. It was in the center of the action, right in front of an El Corte Ingles department store. The staff were perfect with directions and always there to help, which was greatly appreciated. Additionally, the breakfast was wonderful with a range of hot and cold food options.

All in all, this hotel was a great find and had all we needed for a comfortable stay.

As a solo traveler, I absolutely loved the buffet breakfast at the hotel. There was a wide variety of options, including healthy choices like nuts, fruits, smoothies, and juices. The pastries were also delightful. The location of the hotel was incredible, just off one of the main streets. From my room, I had a mini balcony window where I could see the bustling Puerto del Sol. Everything I wanted to see in Madrid was within walking distance, and there were convenient amenities nearby, such as a supermarket and a bank. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there was a 24-hour reception.
