We have had the pleasure of staying in various hotels around the world, but this place truly stands out as one of the best. The location is fantastic, nestled in a vibrant area with easy access to the metro, shops, and restaurants. We enjoyed how it was just the right distance away from the hustle and bustle, providing a peaceful retreat. The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English, making us feel right at home. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, perfect for our family, complete with modern amenities and a comfortable bed. We especially loved the rain shower and luxurious bathroom amenities. Plus, the hotel has a certain charm that adds to the overall experience.

Loved the big, sparkling clean room with the modern bathroom in good shape. The location was perfect, close to the metro and within walking distance to the center. The elegant neighborhood had plenty of good restaurants to choose from.

The hotel was undergoing a major refurbishment during our stay, which resulted in no hot water for 2 days. The bar was also closed and the TVs in the bedroom didn't have language options.

The cleanliness of the room and the entire hotel was outstanding. The location of the hotel was one of the best, situated in a nice area and in the center of this city. We were able to walk to all the major sites, including the art galleries, parks, palace, and cathedral. Additionally, there were many restaurants and tapas bars close by. The hotel's proximity to public transportation, including the metro and taxi stations, made it convenient for us to explore further out or get to the train station and airport.

I had a memorable stay at Petit Palace in Madrid. The central location was perfect, just a short walk away from downtown and the Sol area. There were plenty of eateries nearby, making it convenient for me to explore different dining options. The subway stop right next to the hotel was a huge plus. I also appreciated the fact that there was a public swimming pool and gym within a 3-minute walk, allowing me to stay active during my trip. The rooms were comfortable and impeccably clean, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

In terms of drawbacks, I found the rooms to be a bit bland and lacking in decor. However, they were still comfortable and very clean.

The bathroom lacked an exhaust fan, causing us to have to open the window for ventilation. the room could use some refurbishment, as there were signs of aging in the shower area.

The breakfast buffet had plenty of options including healthy choices. Had a minor issue with our taxi on arrival, but the receptionist was helpful in trying to rectify the situation. would recommend this centrally located hotel.

The service staff was excellent, welcoming, and very helpful. They provided great assistance, including translating for me when the airline lost my bag. The hotel is located in a busy but not overly noisy area, centrally located and within walking distance to many attractions. The room was clean and serviced daily, and the hotel is nicely decorated. They also offer a nice breakfast and there are good coffee shops nearby.
