Spacious Webster hotel rooms with deluxe pillowtop mattresses and a 32-inch LCD TV. I felt like royalty sleeping on those mattresses, and the TV was so clear, it was like watching a movie in a theater!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me, right off the main road and close to amenities like gas station and Dunkin' Donuts. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the pool which I had all to myself in the morning. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, from the well-taken care of breakfast area to the beautiful and clean rooms. The staff were all friendly and polite, and their customer service was exceptional. The breakfast provided was more than enough, and the warm cinnamon rolls were absolutely delicious.

My recent stay at Holiday Inn Express in Webster was great! I was in town for work and stayed for a week. The hotel's location was convenient, right off 104 and on my way to work. It was far enough from Rochester that it wasn't too busy, but still close to amenities like a gas station, Dunkin' Donuts, and Wegmans. The bed was comfortable and the shades in the room were amazing, keeping it dark and perfect for sleeping during the day. The front desk staff were always kind and helpful. I loved having the indoor pool all to myself in the morning, and the breakfast was more than enough, with delicious cinnamon rolls.

Mind-blowing value and super friendly staff! The location is great and the facilities are jaw-dropping. They went above and beyond by accommodating us with a last-minute room and a sterilized crib. The staff even came to rescue us from a spider late at night! The breakfast area was clean and well-maintained. The relaxing environment, spotless room with sun-blocking shades, and modern bathroom were a pleasant surprise. The warm pool was filled with happy kids. I slept like I hadn't in months. Totally worth it! Thanks for an amazing stay!

Location is perfect for shopping and exploring the area. Across the street is a gas station, a few minutes down the street, large parks next to beautiful lakes. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for luggage. A breakfast is included with a good variety of options provided by friendly staff.

The elevators were not working properly during our stay.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality I received for the price I paid. The room was spacious and well-divided into different areas, including sleeping, living, kitchen, and bathroom. The continental breakfast served in the lobby was well-organized and had a great layout. I had a really nice experience.

The only drawback I encountered was that the main entrance to the hotel parking lot, which is located on Main Road, was a little confusing to find.

The value for money was great, with a comfortable room and bed. The location was excellent, with a shopping center and restaurants right nearby. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly throughout our stay.
