We stayed at a nice, modern hotel with friendly and helpful staff. the location was lovely, very close to the beach and a charming Basque town with plenty of restaurants and bars. the room, though a bit small, was comfortable and clean, and we had a great view of the beach from our veranda. the breakfast at the hotel was worth the money, with a great variety of healthy food. the hotel also had parking and a restaurant with reasonable prices and delicious food, including tapas.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Petit Palace in Getxo. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and the old village. The rooms, although small, were clean and had all the necessary amenities. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and the well-appointed en suite bathroom. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a variety of healthy options. Despite a few minor inconveniences like parking and the lack of in-room tea and coffee facilities, I would still recommend this hotel for its unique charm and friendly atmosphere. I had a delightful experience at Petit Palace in Getxo.

Located in a beautiful area on the seafront, with the Neguri metro station just a short walk away and plenty of good restaurants in the vicinity. The hotel is also very close to the beach, making it convenient for guests who want to enjoy some sun and sand. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options, and guests can enjoy a great view from their balcony.

Some areas of the hotel have a faint smell of cigarette smoke, which can be off-putting for non-smokers.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel with a terrace and wide sea view. the sound of the waves and the bustling promenade below added to the charm. the restaurant offered delicious dinners and affordable breakfast options. the hotel's modern and stylish interior impressed both me, my kids, and our dog. With a back door leading to a convenient alley, it made it easy to take our dog out. the beach just across the road and the nearby bar/restaurant were pleasant additions to our stay. the hotel staff, especially Ida, were amazing and went out of their way to ensure we had the right breakfast rate. VIP treatment was extended to our dog too, with special amenities provided. Location-wise, the hotel was a short distance from metro stops for easy access to the Guggenheim and had fascinating architecture nearby.

Had a wonderful Christmas stay in this hotel! the location is fantastic as it's just a few steps away from the beach, and also surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. the breakfast was simply amazing, with a wide selection of tasty food. We also loved the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay even more enjoyable.

The downside of the hotel is the lack of parking. We had to park quite a distance away from the hotel because there were no parking spaces nearby.

Marvelous breakfast with plenty of choice and lovely views of the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was well-appointed with amazing supplies - everything we could want. The location was great, right on the beach and just below the old town. The design of the hotel was striking and the free bike hire was a bonus. A lovely little boutique hotel with comfortable rooms and a fancy modern shower room.

This hotel is located in a really nice area on the Getxo seafront with good restaurants close by. The rooms are comfortable, and I especially loved the massive water pressure in the shower. The breakfast offered local touches and was included in the price.
