It was really clean and nicely furnished, with comfy beds and plenty of amenities. the staff were super friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. the breakfast selection was awesome, we loved having a variety of options to choose from each morning. And the on-site spa was a perfect way to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay!

That the elevator was a bit weird, and we had to switch to a different elevator halfway to our room. It wasn't a major inconvenience, but it did get a bit confusing at times.

Their service was exceptional, and they even offered to courier my camera bag to my next destination when I accidentally left it behind. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the city center and close to all the tourist areas. The staff made many arrangements with me and were extremely helpful. They treated me with incredible hospitality and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was so comfortable. I also loved the balcony that had a few plants - it added a nice touch to the room. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the city on foot. We enjoyed being within walking distance of stores, restaurants, and the famous Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre. The rooms were well-kept and the staff was helpful and welcoming. They even provided us with a map of attractions and allowed us to store our luggage after check-out. I had a great stay at Hong Ngoc Dynastie Boutique Hotel & Spa and would recommend it to others.
