The hotel's location is amazing, with all the important spots and fantastic shopping experiences just around the corner. It's close to restaurants, metro stations, and vibrant city life. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and provide excellent service. They made us feel welcome and were always ready to assist with any questions or requests we had. The rooms are comfortable and provide basic amenities. Although some areas may need a bit of maintenance, we were promptly moved to another room which was excellent. The breakfast at this hotel is delicious, with plenty of options for the whole family. We particularly enjoyed the health food bar with its fresh fruits, vegetables, and cold-pressed juices.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Madrid. The location is fantastic, just off the main shopping street but very quiet. It's perfect for exploring the center of the city and all the historical areas. The rooms are large and clean, and mine even had a small cute balcony. The staff, especially Pablo, were wonderful and very welcoming. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and fresh fruit, perfect for powering up before exploring Madrid. it was a fantastic experience.

Also, breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options and great service.

There was even a convenient hotel car waiting on the next street to take me to the airport.
