The rewards program was a nice touch as they gave us a bag of goodies upon arrival. the check, in process was quick and the room was clean and well, appointed. the bathroom seemed updated with new faucets and shower head. the water pressure in the shower was excellent. Additionally, the breakfast offered a good variety of options, including real oatmeal. it left me with a good feeling when I left.

The free Wi, Fi connection was a disappointment. Although the front desk offered to help us in our room, I didn't want to change out of my pajamas.

The pool was not heated, so it was too cold to enjoy even though it was warm outside. Additionally, the laundry facilities were out of order, which was disappointing.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Mobile and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect for easy access to the Interstate, and the rooms were spacious and quiet. Checking in and out was a breeze, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The TV had an impressive selection of channels, and the coffee and breakfast in the morning were top-notch. The hotel is currently undergoing a refurbishment, which shows that they prioritize maintaining a well-cared-for facility. I was very impressed and highly recommend this hotel.
