Beautiful location right on the beach. Reception was amazing and the gym was great. The buffet for breakfast and dinner offered a nice variety of options. The indoor playground and trampoline were hit with kids. I appreciated the spacious accommodations and the efficient dining service.

The hotel is located just a short stroll from a stunning beach, which made daily walks enjoyable. I particularly appreciated the proper Finnish sauna and the indoor pool, perfect for a refreshing swim. Additionally, the room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, allowing for a relaxing stay overall.

One downside was the chaotic ordering system during dinner, which lacked flexibility.

The check-in process could use some serious improvement!!! No concierge service made logistics tricky, and the need to rent beach loungers felt a bit nickel-and-dimed!!! Better noise insulation could also enhance comfort!!!

the food was absolutely horrible, just like everyone else said. i also expected an extra large bed in the living room, but apparently that was too difficult for their staff. not once did anyone apologize or offer a complimentary gesture, which is what i would've thought a four-star hotel would provide. almost considered a good review, but just couldn’t.

Had a great experience staying in a superior double room with lateral sea view. The balcony was perfect, and the kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator made things easy. The spa facilities like the hot tub and various massages were awesome. Buffet breakfast was really good with lots of options and fresh food. Loved the multiple pools and easy beach access!

Had a sea front room with spectacular views, like proper postcard vibes. The staff in the restaurant were super friendly, and the buffet was surprisingly good—chefs cooking meat and fish on demand! Plus, brekkie was a lekker spread every morning!

the beach was a lovely stroll away, but i couldn’t swim once due to cold water. the limited vegetarian options left me craving more, and i absolutely expected a room upgrade after my experience. almost thought this hotel deserved a good review, but all these inconveniences changed my mind.
