The hotel had complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi, which was a nice bonus. the location was great, as it was close to many city attractions and public transportation. the rooftop terrace was a personal favorite, providing a great view of the city skyline while offering a relaxing atmosphere.

The room layout was a bit cramped and the walls were thin, making it easy to hear noise from other guests. the elevator was slow and unreliable, often getting stuck or taking a long time to arrive.

We just spent a lovely week at Elba Sunset. We are delighted with the design and tasteful interiors. The rooms are large, spacious with a beautiful sea view. Very comfortable, huge beds and capacious wardrobes with safe. Professional and friendly room service ensures perfect cleanliness. The quality of service, courtesy of the reception, level of cleanliness, and excellent cuisine and waiters deserve recognition. Special thanks to the chefs Gaye and Shek, and the wonderful girls from the bar Angela and Paula. Thanks to all other staff members who took care of our comfort during our stay. We have no objections. It was a great time in a beautiful place! We strongly recommend!

our recent stay in palma nova was amazing, but this time at the hotel surpassed all expectations. the staff was incredibly accommodating, the rooms modern and clean, and the breakfast was the best we've ever had. we can't wait to go back.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff here were incredibly friendly and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a glass of cava and the check-in process was quick and smooth. The restaurant staff, especially a lovely lady who greeted us every day, provided excellent service throughout our stay.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, service, and amenities. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay.

The value for money was excellent and the room was fantastic. The location was convenient, with easy access to both Palmanova and Magaluf beaches. The staff treated us incredibly well, from the warm welcome at the reception to the attentive restaurant staff.

The breakfast selection could have been better, with more variety of dishes to choose from.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel which is located on a hill providing breathtaking views of the surroundings. The service at this place was excellent with room amenities and services like room service and bell staff/porter all provided with attention to detail. One of the highlights of my stay was enjoying a drink at the bar/ lounge area while watching the live entertainment. Also, the leisure spa and wellness centre exceeded my expectations with features like swimming pool, steam room, and beauty treatment options.

Apart from one receptionist getting a bit shirty with me, the staff was giving excellent service & attention. I even sent a security guard down to speak to them.
