We loved the convenient location near the main strip, and the friendly and diligent cleaning staff. The apartment had all the necessary amenities like wine glasses, champagne glasses, a corkscrew, microwave, toaster, kettle. The small hill nearby was no trouble for my spritely 81-year-old granny. We enjoyed the large pool with plenty of sunbeds available and the option to rent cushions. The complex was quiet at night and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The beds were also very comfortable.

Very clean and spacious apartments with nice balconies overlooking a great pool area. Relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel. Towels changed 5 out of 7 days. Lots of sunbeds available by the pool. Supermarket conveniently located across the road. Staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly the Italian receptionist Laura, who provided us with interesting information about the Canary Islands

We had a wonderful stay at Plaza Azul, a perfect location for our holiday. Just a short walk from the main strip, yet tucked away in a peaceful area for a good night's sleep. The holiday apartment was simple but clean and spacious, providing a comfortable space to relax. The pool and its surrounding area were the highlight - impeccably maintained, with a sunny terrace for breakfast and provided loungers and parasols. The pool bar facilities were also a great addition, and the staff were attentive and friendly. We look forward to returning later this year.

We had a fantastic stay at this little gem of a hotel in Puerto del Carmen. The location was perfect - close enough to the main strip for convenience, but far enough away to avoid any noisy disturbances at night. The staff were wonderful, always friendly and helpful. The hotel had everything we needed, and the rooms were comfortable and cozy. We especially loved the swimming pool and the little bar. Another great feature was that each room had not just one, but two balconies! We'll definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

I recently stayed at Plaza Azul for a week and it was such a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a perfect central location, just a 5-minute walk from the main strip and all the bars, restaurants, and cafes. The staff at Plaza Azul were extremely friendly and helpful, and the facilities were excellent. The large swimming pool and poolside bar were great for relaxing, and there was even a games area with a brand new pool table, air hockey, and foosball. The room was spacious and clean, and we had a private balcony with full pool views. I can't wait to return later this year.

We were pleasantly surprised by this little gem of a hotel. Our ground floor apartment was just seconds away from the pool, which was perfect for my 10-year-old son. The apartment exceeded our expectations in terms of quality, and the location was amazing. It was always kept clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the apartments at plaza azul were perfect for our city holiday in puerto del carmen. the well-sized apartments had nice balconies overlooking the pool area, which was great for swimming. the location was excellent, just a short walk from the main strip and beach. the friendly staff made our stay even better.

This hotel is in a superb location, very near all restaurants and close to a supermarket too. The hotel facilities include a lovely pool and an excellent little chilled out pool and snack bar. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel has a very relaxed and nice feel to it.

Got great value for our money at Plaza Azul Aparthotel, with spacious apartments and a lovely big balcony. The staff were super helpful and the location was convenient to everything.

The breakfast option could be better, with more variety and choices to satisfy different tastes.
