The staff were friendly and welcoming. The Woodcock room exceeded our expectations with its spaciousness and comfortable bed. The en suite was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast options, especially Eggs Benedict, were delicious. The pub restaurant served high-quality food with a varied menu.

Felt incredibly fortunate to have discovered such a fantastic place. No complaints whatsoever.

The Dundas Arms was worth every penny. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a delightful patio overlooking the canal. I had the most comfortable sleep in probably the most comfortable bed I've ever encountered. The room had quality fittings like a decent kettle and good furniture. I loved having my own riverside patio, where I could enjoy the stunning views of the river. The hotel's location right next to the river and its own terrace area made it even more delightful.

The bathroom had old fittings that made the experience uncomfortable, and the breakfast selection was quite limited. We also had some trouble with the coffee machine in the room, which could not be replaced.
