I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Alcudia for a week-long vacation. The staff at Portblue were incredibly warm and approachable, creating a great vibe throughout the resort. The rooms were more modern than the photos showed, exceeding my expectations. The on-site spa had an amazing view of the bay and was a must-do experience. The pools were great and finding a sun lounger was easy during the off-season. The location overlooking the bay was stunning, with convenient bus stops right outside the hotel for day trips to Formentor, Pollença, and Alcúdia. the resort offered a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

I had a fantastic time at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, as it was easy to get to Alcudia Old Town, Pollenca Old Town, and Puerto Pollenca. The surroundings were lovely and well-kept. The pool area was delightful, with plenty of loungers and a cozy atmosphere. The staff here were exceptional; they were incredibly friendly and attentive. They made sure that every need was met before I even had a chance to ask. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. I had a great experience at this hotel.

Back from an 11-night stay at Club Pollentia and had a fabulous time! The facilities were great, especially the tennis court and bike rentals available. The staff were very friendly and pleasant, especially Eva who always had a smile while cleaning our apartment. The hotel is beautifully kept, with spacious rooms and a lovely gym. Freddy on reception went above and beyond to ensure we had something to eat and drink when our flight was delayed. The breakfast was possibly the best we've had in any hotel. Free parking and a nice spa with a perfect view. The quiet adult-only area was a nice touch too. We would definitely return, maybe even upgrade to a suite next time!

We loved our stay at this resort. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean rooms and a variety of amenities. The location was perfect for exploring both Alcudia and Pollensa, as it was conveniently situated near a nature reserve with stunning views. The transportation options were also great, with a bus stop right outside the hotel that allowed us to easily reach different destinations. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive, always acknowledging our presence and providing helpful service.

The staff were incredibly friendly and the pool and gardens were very nice. The hotel is located next to a large nature reserve, providing a beautiful backdrop. There are two pools, one larger and one quieter, which was great for relaxation. The hotel also offers plenty of activities for younger guests. The ducks and other birds on the property added a unique touch and created a calming atmosphere. The live music in the bar, particularly the Spanish guitar on Mondays, was a wonderful bonus.
