We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, situated above the harbour with stunning views. It was also conveniently close to the airport, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was restocked daily. We were also impressed by the hotel's efforts towards sustainability, with biodegradable toiletries provided. The pool area was lovely and well-maintained, with plenty of sun loungers for all guests. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious food, including fresh fruits and pastries. The efficiency of the staff was also commendable, as they promptly fixed any issues that arose, such as a malfunctioning air conditioning unit. this place exceeded our expectations and provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services.

The location was amazing, just a short walk to the port and city center. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of food and excellent coffee. The staff was efficient and attentive, quickly resolving any issues, like my air conditioning not working. Consistent high standards, as we have previously stayed with the SET group and booked again in Santo Tomas. There were some minor maintenance issues in the first-floor corridor, but overall the public areas were smart and well-maintained. The room was comfortable, although the furniture showed signs of wear due to the hotel's age. The sea view from our terrace was stunning and there were plenty of outdoor seating options. The grounds and pool area were well-maintained and clean.

The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk down to the harbor where you can find plenty of good restaurants to choose from. It is also conveniently situated in the city center. Our room had a balcony with a great view overlooking Blood Island. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from.

There were some noisy guests who disrupted the peaceful atmosphere on our last day.

I had an excellent experience at a resort that offered peace and relaxation. The staff were friendly and the rooms were always immaculate. The pool and sunbed area were very good. I particularly enjoyed taking a walk down to the Port at night to try out the various restaurants. If you want a great view and a relaxing stay, I highly recommend this resort. I had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it to others.

The hotel’s amenities were perfect for my business trip. The staff was beyond helpful, offering a complimentary tea and coffee kettle in the room. The location was key, being just a short walk from the bus station. Another advantage was the cleanliness of the hotel, with the staff cleaning frequently.

Although the hotel was clean, the breakfast buffet lacked variety and was not as good as what I’ve experienced in other hotels. the evening entertainment lacked energy and was a bit stale.
