The value for money at this hotel was outstanding, with a huge room, comfortable bed, and modern bathroom. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town and just a short walk from the cathedral. The staff treated me with great hospitality and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

I had a fantastic time at this centrally located hotel. The room was spacious and tastefully furnished, with a balcony overlooking a picturesque square. The kitchen allowed me to make my own breakfast, and the staff was helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect for exploring the city and enjoying the nearby restaurants and cafes. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Santiago. a great experience!

We arrived late at night and were pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of the hotel staff. Despite the language barrier, they went above and beyond to ensure that we found our way to the hotel and even assisted us with our luggage. The central location was a great advantage, with easy access to the airport bus. The room itself exceeded our expectations, with tasteful furnishings and a comfortable bed. We particularly enjoyed the balcony overlooking the square, providing stunning views. Additionally, having access to a kitchen in the morning allowed us to prepare our own breakfast. our stay at Pr Santo Grial was better than we could have anticipated.
