Nothing not to like.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect - it's situated between two metro stations, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel is located in a quiet area, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and provided great service throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with a good shower and bath. And the best part? I had an amazing view of the Palace from my window, just as I had requested.

No improvements needed, everything was great!

We had a lovely romantic escape and there were a few things we really liked about our hotel. the bed was incredibly comfortable, giving us a great night's sleep after exploring the city all day. the location was perfect. We were within walking distance of all the major tourist spots, which made it so easy to see everything we wanted to see. And lastly, the staff was amazing. They were so friendly and helpful, always willing to give us recommendations and answer any questions we had.

the view from our window wasn't the best. We were faced with some unattractive buildings and not the most picturesque scenery.

Staying here was a pleasure. The hotel had a classical style that perfectly matched its inconceivable location - near the North station and in the center of it all, yet comfortably outside of Madrid's packed main streets. The room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and good quality sheets. The service was professional and welcoming. The staff was proficient in English and advised us how to enjoy the city. The Sabatini gardens and Plaza España were nearby, and the Grand Via was a short walk away.

You might miss some daytime facilities, but the staff will make up for it with their assistance.

This hotel is in a great location, nestled between two metro stations and close to major attractions in Madrid. The beds are fluffy and comfortable, and the normal bathroom doesn't have any bad smells. The view of the north facade of the Royal Palace across the Sabatini gardens is breathtaking, especially from the rooms with a view of the palace. The fact that breakfast is included is a bonus.

No major negatives, but a restaurant on-site would be a nice addition for dinner options.

This hotel is in a great location, close to all the main attractions. You can easily walk to famous places like the Palace, Plaza Mayor, and Gran Via. Plus, it's not too far from the center, so it's not too traffic and quiet at night. The view from the room, although small, is still very nice. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms have all the basic amenities you need, including a refrigerator and air conditioning. Breakfast is also very good, with a variety of options to choose from including fresh fruit and hot dishes.

Had a wonderful Christmas stay at the hotel! Loved the complementary snacks and drinks they provided, and the toiletries in the room were a pleasant surprise. the hotel's location was fantastic - right in the heart of the city and within easy walking distance to all the major attractions and restaurants. the staff were also friendly and helpful.
