We got really good value for our money at Prinsotel. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfy. The location was perfect, with a relaxed beach just a few meters away. The staff treated us so well, they were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Special shoutout to Maria, the hotel manager, for arranging a lovely surprise in our room.

As for the breakfast, the only small thing that could make it better would be to have a wider variety of items.

The hotel had fabulous pool and sun loungers, a relaxed environment, and great location near multiple beaches. The cleaning staff were excellent and the room was always spotless.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was situated near a beautiful beach where you could relax and enjoy the sun. Additionally, the hotel had a separate lounge area for coffee, which was a nice touch and provided a more intimate setting away from the main area.

The service in the food area could use some improvement, as some guests felt they were not treated well by certain staff members on their first night.

We stayed at this amazing hotel for 10 nights and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, situated in a very affluent residential area just outside the city. There is a supermarket right opposite the hotel, which was incredibly convenient for us. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained and the two pools are cleaned daily. We loved lounging by the pool, both in the sun and the shade, and there were plenty of sun loungers and beds available. The hotel also offers a range of services like car hire, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

Had a great Xmas break, enjoyed the food and drinks at the hotel, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean and there were always plenty of sun loungers available. The location was perfect, close to three beautiful beaches and a supermarket, and a bus stop for exploring further afield.

The room was a bit too small and outdated, and the lack of soundproofing meant we could hear everything from neighbouring rooms. The hotel charged extra for things like renting a safe and towels for the pool, which should really be included in the price of a 4-star hotel.

I recently stayed at Prinsotel in Ciutadella for a few days of relaxation. The hotel was beautiful, with modern and comfortable rooms. The shower had great water pressure and temperature, and the complimentary shower products were of excellent quality. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast provided a good selection, and the hotel's location in the lovely neighborhood of Sa Caleta offered options for dining and exploring. The hotel also had bikes for rent, and a car rental service next door. my experience at Prinsotel was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to others.
