The basic amenities in the rooms on the fourth floor are well-maintained, and the breakfast, although it could be improved in terms of hot selections, is included in the price.

During my stay at Europa Hotel, I had the pleasure of experiencing their spacious and comfortable studio room. The room was well-appointed with all the necessary amenities to make my stay enjoyable. I particularly appreciated the large and comfortable bed, which ensured a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's location within walking distance of the shopping mall, river, and town center was convenient for exploring the area.

The hotel has helpful staff and offers amenities like elevators, air conditioning, and good internet. It is conveniently located near two main streets with easy access to public transportation. The restaurant has delicious food, and there are additional dining options nearby. A travel agency is also conveniently located on the second floor.

Spent New Year’s Eve at this hotel and had a fantastic time. the food was delicious and there was plenty of it! the decorations were beautiful and added to the festive atmosphere. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure everyone had a good time. the room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the city lights. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to all the festivities.

The language barrier with some of the staff. While most were friendly and helpful, some had trouble communicating in English which made it difficult to make arrangements.
