Located in the heart of the historic center, Hotel Puerta De La Luna is the perfect base for exploring the charming streets of the old town. After a hot afternoon of sightseeing, we were relieved to return to the hotel, nestled on an alleyway that exuded medieval charm. Our room was cool and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The bathroom was modern and spotlessly clean. The staff provided excellent service, responding promptly to our requests. In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious and varied breakfast buffet. The views from certain rooms and the pool area were breathtaking, allowing us to take in the beauty of the surrounding area.

The parking situation was a bit challenging, especially for larger vehicles.

What a charming place! the courtyard with the pool gives such a romantic atmosphere that was perfect for our escape. We enjoyed the stylish decoration of the room and the fact that it had a beautiful modern bathroom. the location in the heart of the historic area was key to our daily walks through the alleys of the town. the outstanding restaurant was definitely the highlight and we had one of the best meals of our trip there.

The underground parking was hard to figure out, but it's hard to avoid that in the old towns, so we recommend arriving in a small car. the only thing that we missed was having a bite by the pool as the menu is limited to the formal restaurant lunch menu, but it is understandable for a small hotel.

The value for money at this hotel was fantastic, especially considering the comfortable and well-equipped room we had. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town and near the beautiful cathedral. The staff at Puerta De La Luna were incredibly friendly and efficient, making us feel welcome during our entire stay.

The breakfast option could have been improved by offering a wider variety of drinks, such as coffee and water, to purchase on-site.

I especially enjoyed the balcony, where I could relax and take in the stunning views. this hotel truly exceeded my expectations.

Easy to find with clear signage. Convenient free parking nearby. Pool area is clean and well-maintained with attractive furniture. Superior room was lovely and had a beautiful view. Good AC. Enjoyed eating on the patio with a great atmosphere. Breakfast was good and staff were helpful. Laundry service was excellent. The shared patio next to the pool was delightful. Tranquil location in a picturesque town. Lounge around the nice pool or hang out at Paco's bar in the evening. Beautiful old building with some minor bathroom renovations needed. Friendly staff at the pool bar. a nice place to stay.

the hotel is easy to find with clear signage, and the roads leading to it are not a nightmare, despite being narrow. Upon arrival, we were able to unload right outside the hotel, and parking in a nearby street was free. the location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town, with plenty of restaurants within a 5-minute walk. the pool area is clean and attractive, surrounded by orange trees and comfortable wicker-like furniture. We booked a Superior room with a patio but ended up with a beautiful superior double overlooking the pool. the AC worked well, and we enjoyed a fantastic atmosphere while dining on the patio in the evening.

I had a truly memorable experience at Puerta De La Luna. The hotel, converted from a manor house, exudes character and charm. The attic room we stayed in was cozy and unique, although it may be difficult for some with mobility issues. The dining area under the stars, overlooking the pool, was idyllic. The management went above and beyond by kindly sending me clothes I had left behind. I highly recommend this hotel.
