I recently stayed at a newly renovated hotel with beautiful rooms and pools mainly for families with children. The location of the hotel was very handy for everything. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The apartments, although dated, were clean and comfortable. I was especially pleased with our ground floor apartment located beside the pool and in the sun all day. The food selection at the hotel was very good and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Special shoutout to Esteban and Ana from the food truck staff who entertained us by the pool throughout our stay. I would definitely return to this hotel if I visit Lanzarote again.

Spacious and clean apartments with well-equipped kitchens, perfect for budget travelers. The pool area is nice and there are plenty of sun loungers. The hotel is conveniently located near supermarkets, bars, and restaurants.

The rooms are in urgent need of refurbishment and the beds are uncomfortable. The shower only offers a few minutes of hot water.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool was perfect for all of us, with different depths to accommodate everyone. There are plenty of shops nearby, including a Lidl right next door. Despite being smaller than other hotels in the area, the resort was clean and well-maintained. We particularly enjoyed the homemade and local food options, which were a welcome change from processed and non-organic offerings at other places. It's also worth mentioning that the hotel was ideally located, with a 10-15 minute downhill walk to the town and harbour.

I went on numerous excursions to visit impressive landscapes and magnificent cultural centres designed by César Manrique. I also enjoyed the varied gourmet offering in the old town of Tiñosa.

Just loved the limited on-site amenities and mediocre food. So much fun to spend the day either at the beach or out in town.

The beautiful hill near the back of the town provided stunning views, and I enjoyed the convenience of having a supermarket right next door. the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Helpful Staff

During our stay at Bakour Lanzarote Splash, we were pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness and knowledge of the staff. They went above and beyond to provide us with local information and assist us in planning our daily activities. We were even able to take advantage of their discount vouchers and organized day tours. The location was convenient, within walking distance to the beach and nearby shops. Although the hotel lacked entertainment, there were plenty of options in the area. we had a memorable stay at Bakour Lanzarote Splash and would recommend it to others.

The apartment offers a nice view of the cactus garden and palm trees. It is bright and spacious, with daily cleaning service. The location is convenient, with a large supermarket, smaller shops, pubs, and restaurants just a five-minute walk away. The harbor is within a ten-minute walk, and the beach is within a twenty-minute walk.

Felt secure, no complaints at all.
