This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Secondly, the hotel was clean, cozy, and quiet, perfect for a relaxing family holiday. The location was excellent, with great beaches nearby. Our room had a fantastic balcony where we could enjoy the warm weather. The breakfast included in our stay was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to satisfy everyone's taste buds. we were impressed with the value for money and attention to detail of this hotel.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this property. the staff were incredibly helpful and responsive. When I mentioned that the microwave was dirty, they immediately replaced it with a new one. They also went above and beyond to address any cleanliness issues I had. the location was great, with the beautiful Duque beach just a short walk away. the pool was amazing, with warm water and lots of pool toys. I loved that I could use the pool even outside of working hours. the jacuzzi and gym were also great additions. the restaurant served delicious food, and there was a variety of buffet options available. the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. Fresh towels were provided daily, and the bins were emptied regularly. I also appreciated that the property was bug-free, and the pool area was well maintained. there was a supermarket conveniently located across the street.

We had a fantastic stay at Apartamentos Parque Del Sol. the price/quality ratio is excellent, with great accommodation, delicious food, and a convenient location. the large pool is perfect for both swimming and entertaining children, and there are plenty of beautiful beaches within a short walking distance. We also appreciated the free parking for our rented car, just a 10-minute walk away. the complex is situated in Costa Adeje, which is a perfect place on the island. the staff was friendly and helpful, and our apartment had all the necessary amenities for cooking.

The staff was incredibly helpful and quickly resolved any issues that arose. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast staff was fantastic. The location was perfect, with easy access to beaches, supermarkets, parking lots, restaurants, and shops. The swimming pool was a highlight, being heated and never feeling crowded. We also enjoyed the free mini golf, which was a fun activity for our kids. our experience was fantastic and we may even return just because of the amazing staff.

Spent an enjoyable city break here and was pleasantly surprised. Incredible location, with shops and restaurants right around the corner. Room spacious with a well-equipped terrace and a TV with plenty of channels. the wonderful pool was a great addition and was heated, so it never felt crowded. Great for families as they offer free mini-golf, albeit a bit old. staff was always helpful and smiling, making the stay feel welcome.

The sun bed race was extremely stressful, and it seems there were never enough sun loungers. the food was average and not as expected.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Tenerife and overall, it was a decent experience. The location was great, situated in a central area but still in a safe and quieter part of town. The hotel offered a variety of facilities, including a pool and a pool bar, which was a convenient spot for lunch. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast had a good selection of options, and there was even a different restaurant available for breakfast. Additionally, the hotel was not far from Plaza del Duque, which was a nice area to explore.

One drawback I noticed during my stay was that some guests seemed to disregard the rules, like reserving sunbeds and allowing kids into the jacuzzi when it was clearly prohibited. This lack of consideration from some guests could impact the overall enjoyment of the facilities.
