As foreign tourists, we loved the variety of breakfast and dinner options, perfect for all ages. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The Botanique restaurant provided an amazing dining experience, with delicious lamb and a thoughtful gesture of setting up a sleeping area for our child. The garden was a peaceful oasis, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere of the hotel.

We hit the jackpot with this hotel in Maspalomas! The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. The hotel was conveniently located on the resort, right next to the beach and the stunning dunes of Maspalomas. We also loved the fact that parking was readily available, making it easy for us to explore the nearby areas. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options. But the real highlight was the friendly and attentive staff, who always greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome.

I stayed at Riu Palace Oasis for 5 nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel offers a 5-star service and the staff is extremely polite and helpful. The buffet is excellent, with a wide variety of options. The hotel has 3 swimming pools, always busy but easy to find a spot. The highlight for me was the beautiful gardens, filled with palm trees. The location is perfect, with direct access to the beach and stunning sunsets from the nearby dunes.

Had an amazing time at this hotel, with fun activities for kids, impressive facilities, and a golden lobby bar that complements the grandeur of the place. The gardens were perfect for a nap among the palm trees. Free WiFi and great gastronomic options too!

I treated myself to a couple of nights here at the end of a week of camping in Gran Canaria and oh my what a treat it was. Everything about the hotel is simply wonderful. The staff were always lovely, friendly and helpful. Location wise it was perfect with direct access to the beautiful Maspalomas beach and lastly the breakfast was well what can I say - amazing. My stay at the hotel finished off my weeks' holiday in Gran Canaria in style and I'd like to say a big thank you to all the staff there who made it so special. I will most definitely be back.

We loved the spacious and modern room with a large bathroom and sauna-sized shower room. The excellent breakfast, accompanied by a toast of cava, was a great way to start our day. The hotel's location was perfect, offering convenient access to the beach and Promenade restaurants. We also enjoyed the three pool areas, especially the shaded gardens where we could relax.

Additionally, the hotel provided great amenities for yoga enthusiasts like myself, with plenty of space to practice on the grass.
