The location of the hotel was fantastic, right on the beach with a lovely promenade. We could easily walk across the pathway to the beach on one side and find a great selection of bars and restaurants on the other side. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The service was friendly and efficient, and the breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The facilities, such as the pools and sun loungers, were plentiful and comfortable.

The air conditioning in our room was quite poor and didn't provide efficient cooling.

Great location by the beach and with lovely views. The room was spacious and had a nice balcony. The entertainment was good too, especially for families. The food was decent and there were options for vegetarians.

Our Christmas stay at the hotel was not as expected. We found the staff to be unfriendly and not very accommodating.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxury hotel. The location is perfect, situated right on the beach promenade. I loved being able to stroll out of the hotel and onto the beautiful local beach. The hotel offered a range of amenities including bicycle hire, which was a great way to explore the area. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a balcony that offered stunning views of the sea and the pool. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job, ensuring that the room was always clean and comfortable. The service provided by the hotel staff was top-notch, with friendly and efficient employees always ready to assist. I also enjoyed the live entertainment provided by the animation team.

I highly recommend this hotel to all.

our romantic weekend getaway in Roquetas de Mar exceeded all expectations. The staff at our hotel were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel special. From moving us to rooms together without even asking, to their friendly and helpful service throughout our stay, they truly made our holiday memorable. We will definitely be returning soon.

One small disappointment was the lack of outdoor facilities due to the early season.
