Exceptional staff service!

Our bathroom felt cramped and lacked privacy, which was frustrating. The air conditioning was tricky, making it hard to find a comfortable temperature. Additionally, the lobby really needed a facelift. it felt outdated and did not reflect the aesthetic of the rooms.

Request a room with large windows for great views and natural light. The breakfast hours until noon are ideal for night owls.

Central terrace views were perfect for evening relaxation.

Loved the comfy beds and perfect air conditioning! The location is fab—steps from tapas, drinks, and just a short walk to the center. A lovely rain shower really put a sparkle in my stay!

But honestly, the bathroom layout was like a game of hide and seek. good luck finding privacy! And I swear, I could hear the neighbor’s thoughts at times.

We stayed 4 nights in a spacious Junior Suite, and it felt like home with comfy beds and a big lounge area to relax in. Enjoy the lovely breakfast until noon or unwind at the bar for a chill vibe after a busy day. Just a heads up, the bathroom design might take some getting used to, but it didn’t bother us much! 😊

Great location right on Plaza Santa Ana, tons of bars & restaurants around for every taste. Staff was super friendly, Elena at breakfast truly made our mornings special! Clean rooms and decent breakfast to kickstart the day. 😄

this hotel is super well located, like walking distance to major spots. also, the staff was really friendly, especially that one lady who did breakfast, she was always smiling. the breakfast time till noon was a lifesaver for us night owls! we had a dope room with a small terrace and cool views, perfect for chilling after a long day. loved the whole modern vibe and the sushi place on-site was a neat touch!

Comfortable room, helpful staff, with a great location just a short walk to Puerta de Atocha train station, making it easy to explore nearby attractions while enjoying a pleasant atmosphere at the bar/lounge area.
