The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a couple of minutes' walk from the vibrant square, shops, and restaurants. We loved being able to explore the heart of the city so easily.

Despite the chilly temperatures outside, the bed's warm comforter kept us cozy throughout the night. The bathroom was clean and modern, with plenty of hot water for a refreshing shower. The hotel's WiFi was reliable and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff, especially Carlos, Rosario, and Sandra, were outstanding and made us feel welcome. The location, just steps away from the main square, allowed us to explore Tlaquepaque easily. it was a delightful stay with delicious breakfast and a warm ambiance.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, just steps away from the main square and vibrant shops and restaurants in downtown. The convenience of being so close to the plaza allowed us to explore more of the city. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. We were pleased with the ample parking available at the hotel. Additionally, the staff, including Carlos, Rosario, Sandra, and manager Jesus. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The buffet breakfast provided by the restaurant was exceptional, with a variety of delicious food.
