The staff at Room Mate Gerard went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast options were excellent and the timings were perfect. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the room was quiet and cozy. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore many landmarks by foot. We also found plenty of good restaurants in the lovely neighborhood.

The hotel is located in a tranquil neighborhood with a decent number of restaurants nearby and is easily accessible to the city center through very convenient bus connections. The rooms are modern and marvelously clean, equipped with up-to-date amenities. The bathroom is state-of-the-art with impressive designs and features. The service is outstanding, with staff always going an extra mile to assist. The breakfast is scrumptious.

The only drawback is that the hotel may be a bit dark in certain locations, especially in the corridors that lead to some rooms, but it's a minor aspect.

This hotel was excellent! The staff were so friendly and helpful, and we loved the attention to detail, from the free toiletries to the professional hair dryer. Plus, the location was perfect - close to the El Born quarter and public transport, but in a quiet area. We also enjoyed the breakfast with the freshest fruits!

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The location is fantastic – it's set in a quiet area, yet close to the city center and all of the main attractions. The service is excellent too – there's room service, dry cleaning, laundry, and a fitness center! The welcome drink was a nice touch, and I appreciated the ironing facilities and in-room safe. The amenities are great, and I enjoyed having a terrace to relax on. The staff were also very friendly and helpful – they gave me some great restaurant recommendations!

The complimentary fact of the welcome drink and the New Year's Eve champagne toast were nice compliments. the location was key as it was near all the parties and events. the room service was fast.

The room was quite cramped, there was no space to put our things especially in the bathroom. the noise level was unbearable, lots of people were screaming and shouting in the hallway and in the rooms.
