The staff at the hostel are friendly, well-mannered, and speak English. They are always eager to help with any inquiries or requests. the location of the hostel is conveniently situated just a few minutes away from a popular tourist spot, making it easily accessible for exploring. One highlight of my stay was the complimentary tour offered by the hostel, led by Violetta, who provided a welcoming and cheerful experience throughout the city.

It would be beneficial if the hostel could create a livelier atmosphere and organize social events or activities for guests to better connect with each other.

I had a fantastic stay at this hostel. The 24-hour reception was a lifesaver for me as my flight was delayed multiple times. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and the mattress and blankets were comfortable. The hostel also provided individual lights and electricity ports for each bed, making it easy to charge my phone. The location was perfect, close to the city center, good restaurants, and popular attractions like the park and museum. The hostel also had a cool open space for guests, with a fridge to store food, and a great restaurant downstairs where you could get lunch for a reasonable price. They even provided bed sheets, towels, and lockers for each guest. I can't recommend this place enough!

The surrounding area was filled with a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops, allowing us to try different cuisines and immerse ourselves in the local culture. The hostel itself was quiet, which was perfect for catching up on sleep during the day. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with cool recommendations, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic time at Room007 Ventura! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The staff, especially Andrea, were incredibly sweet and accommodating, making sure everything ran smoothly. The hostel's location near Sol Square was perfect, with plenty of affordable restaurants nearby. The common area with a fridge, computer, and terrace was a great place to relax. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a shower and toilet. The hostel also provided towels and lockers. The temperature in the room was ideal, not too hot. we had an amazing experience at Room007 Ventura!

I stayed at Room007 Ventura for 4 nights during my trip to explore the city. The location was perfect, right near puerta del Sol. The room size was great, as well as the shower and toilet. The hostel had a great vibe and the activities were a highlight. The free walking tour with Patricia was fun and relatable, with references to Harry Potter and Game of Thrones. The tapas crawl and pub crawl were both enjoyable experiences.

I recently stayed at Room007 Ventura for a weekend getaway. The location couldn't have been better; right in the center of the city, within walking distance of all the major sights like Puerta del Sol and Retiro Park. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional, making my stay enjoyable. The breakfast options were decent and great value for money at just 5.5 EUR.

The location of the hostel was excellent, right in the heart of the city. It was just a short walk away from the main attractions and easy to access the metro. the hostel offered a free towel, which was a nice touch. Lastly, the staff was kind and helpful, providing assistance whenever needed.

The showers were not comfortable to use. the shower head was positioned in such a way that it was impossible to avoid getting your hair wet.
