Centara was an excellent value for my money, with beautiful rooms and delightful surprises throughout my stay. The location was perfect, close to everything yet still offering a private, sandy beach. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service.

The breakfast selection could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

The beach at Centara was pristine and just steps away from the hotel. The rooms were spacious and had plenty of storage. The staff were attentive and helpful, providing immediate assistance with lost property. The breakfast spread was the best I've ever experienced. I trust the Centara brand and they have once again exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend staying here.

As women travelling alone, we felt completely safe and well taken care of at Centara Reserve. The staff were attentive and the service exceptional. The private beach and swimming pools provided a perfect opportunity for relaxation and enjoyment. The club services offered delicious desserts, afternoon tea, happy hours, and hot chocolate. The gym facility was also very helpful for showering and dressing on our last day.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Koh Samui that was perfect for my needs. The location was fantastic, situated right on Chaweng beach in beautifully tended gardens. It was close enough to everything, with the shops just a short distance away. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and well-equipped bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring that my stay was enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had great facilities, including a pool and daily entertainment for the kids. it was a wonderful experience.

The Easter egg hunt and face painting for kids were complimentary, which was a pleasant surprise. the location was perfect, with restaurants and the beach just a short walk away. I enjoyed the spacious rooms with quality amenities.

During our luxurious stay, this hotel fulfilled all our exclusive amenities needs. the stunning Spa & wellness centre provided us with an outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and sauna where we enjoyed full body massages, body wraps, and beauty treatments. the treatment rooms were elegantly decorated, and the friendly staff provided excellent service. the beach access was beautiful, and we spent many relaxing afternoons on the sun loungers under the beach umbrellas.

The only minor issue we experienced was the lack of entertainment. We were hoping for more options beyond the pool with a view, sun terrace, and BBQ facilities.
