The rooms are spacious and modern, with clean and well-maintained bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any issues. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection of hot and cold dishes, including fresh orange juice. The pool area is pleasant, with comfortable sun beds and even a small splash park for kids.

One negative aspect is that there is no shuttle service to the airport, so guests have to rely on taxis which can be expensive.

We had a fantastic time at Marsenses! the program was great for both kids and adults, with entertaining and funny entertainers. the staff were incredibly pleasant and accommodating, fulfilling all our requests and more. Although the hotel is not the newest, it was kept very clean with daily fresh towels and nice rooms. the location was also convenient, close to the beach and easily accessible from the airport. the breakfast was very good, offering a variety of options including fresh orange juice and pancakes. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and value for money.

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location in the outskirts of Magaluf was perfect - right by the sea in a very nice area. We loved how close we were to the beach, shops, and many good restaurants. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ensuring that we had everything we needed. The room was extremely clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the daily housekeeping and fresh towels. The pool area was spotless and spacious, with plenty of sun loungers. We also enjoyed the variety of amenities offered, such as car and bicycle hire, as well as the spa and wellness center. The manager and the rest of the staff provided excellent service in the restaurant, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay.

The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful sun terrace area where we could relax and enjoy the sunshine. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with the staff constantly in evidence, keeping everything clean and tidy. The location was perfect, right by the sea, and we could easily participate in activities such as swimming and beach walks. Additionally, the hotel was easily accessible from the airport, even by bus. The breakfast provided a wide variety of foods to cater to all tastes, ensuring a great start to the day.

Spent Christmas in this hotel, which was located a few steps away from the beach and restaurants. I enjoyed the variety of activities that were offered to guests, including a Christmas dinner and party, which was a great way to meet new people. the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. the best part was the welcome drink that we received upon arrival, which was a nice touch.

The hotel lacked in some areas which resulted in a less enjoyable experience. breakfast lacked options and was not well laid out, which made it difficult to find what you were looking for.

The staff at Rosa Del Mar Hotel & Spa were fantastic, especially Victor and Cristina. They were friendly, helpful, and spoke great English. The spa was amazing, particularly in the afternoon when it was quiet. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options, and the themed evenings were even better. The location was perfect, close to the beach and a supermarket. There were plenty of activities for kids, including a pool and evening events. it was a great experience.

There could be improvements in the air conditioning system, as it only works when the room card is in the slot and can result in returning to a hot room.

We had a fantastic time at Rosa Del Mar Hotel & Spa. The kids absolutely loved the foam party and the entertainment every evening. The family suite was spacious and the cleaning was impeccable. The location, just minutes from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants and bars, was ideal. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful family holiday.

I had a fabulous time at Marsenses. the location was perfect for families, with an Aldi just a 5-minute walk away and Magaluf only a 10-minute walk from the hotel. It was great to have the option of quietness right on our doorstep and the excitement of Magaluf within easy reach. the hotel also had a splash park for the kids, which was a big hit. the staff were amazing, with Oscar on reception, Sandra at the spa facility, and the housekeeping and restaurant staff all being very helpful. the rooms were also lovely, equipped with a fridge, microwave, and hob. the power shower was fantastic. the breakfast had a good selection and the option for a cooked breakfast with bacon and scrambled eggs. the facilities were great and I can't wait to come back with my husband and child next time.
