Exceptional spot on La Rambla!

The location on La Rambla is unbeatable! Clean, modern rooms and a fantastic breakfast spread started each day right. The staff was always friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home.

The bathroom cleanliness was below expectations!!! Guests reported issues with bathroom features and air conditioning problems!!! There were complaints about slow service during busy times and overcrowded lobby during check-in!!! Limited kitchenware in room was disappointing!!!

Nestled right on La Rambla, this hotel offers a perfect blend of convenience and comfort. With spacious, modern rooms featuring stunning views and top-notch amenities, relaxation is guaranteed. The attentive staff, particularly at the reception, made our stay delightful. Plus, nearby dining options cater to every taste, enhancing the overall experience wonderfully.

I experienced a frustrating lack of responsiveness from the staff regarding the malfunctioning air conditioning in my room. After multiple requests for help, I was offered temporary alternatives that also had issues, which only added to my frustration.

The hotel’s location on La Rambla provided easy access to local dining and attractions like the Barri Gotic. The room was clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and effective air conditioning. Staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, even assisting with transportation and providing helpful maps. However, the breakfast area could be better organized, and city tax may surprise some guests at checkout.

The breakfast buffet offered a variety of fresh fruit and homemade pastries, but I was disappointed to find that the hot items were lukewarm. The room amenities included a toothbrush and quality toiletries, enhancing my stay's comfort.

The location is perfect, right on La Rambla, with easy access to the metro and local attractions. The New Design Room with a view was a highlight, featuring a modern bathroom and plenty of room amenities. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of choices, making mornings enjoyable after long days exploring. However, the heating system was somewhat tricky to regulate, and the noise from the bustling area can be noticeable at times.

The breakfast was good with delicious cakes and various fruit juices. Great selection for self-service tea and coffee too. The hotel is close to the local market and many restaurants right around the corner. Lots of great city sights are easily accessible by foot!

I enjoyed starting each morning with a buffet breakfast that had a lot of choices, including homemade pastries and fresh fruit. The vibrant atmosphere nearby drew me in. I also appreciated the complimentary water and coffee pods in the room, though I wished for more English TV channels. While the location was fantastic, I did notice some noise from the cleaning staff early in the morning. I experienced three nights in early 2024.
