Felt welcomed and had no complaints whatsoever

We had a great stay at Holiday Inn! Check-in was a breeze and our room was spacious and clean. the bathroom was large and well-maintained, and we really appreciated the added touches like slippers, pajamas, and toiletries. the hotel's location was superb, with Dotonburi right at our doorstep and a convenient 7-11 accessible without even leaving the hotel. Check-out was also quick and easy, just drop off the key and you're on your way.

The hotel has an ideal location for shoppers and food lovers with numerous shops and restaurants nearby. It's also within walking distance of major attractions such as the shopping street.

The storage space in the room was limited, with only one closet and no cabinets or drawers. There were also issues with the curtains not providing enough coverage, leading to light disturbances in the early hours of the morning.

We stayed at this hotel during our recent trip to Osaka and had a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to popular sights and landmarks in Namba. We were able to explore the area and dine at nearby restaurants with ease. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful, allowing us to store our bags before check-in and even accommodating an early check-in when the hotel was busy. Their assistance made our stay much more convenient and hassle-free. we highly recommend this hotel for its great location and helpful staff.

I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn in Osaka. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of Namba and surrounded by great food options. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms, although small, were clean and comfortable. I especially loved the Japanese toilet and the excellent shower facilities. Having a 7-11 inside the hotel was super convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Osaka.
