As adventure travelers, we loved the central city location and the convenience of being able to explore the best parts on foot. The ample parking for our big trailer was a major plus. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The restaurant service was speedy and attentive, and the food, both at dinner and breakfast, was delicious. it was a luxurious and excellent value stay.

Felt like being in the comfort of our own home, no complaints.

We stayed at this hotel in the heart of the old town and it was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect for exploring all the tourist attractions of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great restaurant recommendations and assisting us with any queries we had. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice seating area to relax in. The hotel had a lovely breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options to choose from. we were very impressed with the service and amenities provided at this hotel.

Great location! Close to all the action, big rooms and friendly staff. One of the highlights of my stay at Rua was the shower. The water pressure was perfect, and the temperature was always reliably warm. It made my mornings refreshing and enjoyable. The spacious rooms were a pleasant surprise, and I even utilized the sofa bed for extra convenience. Despite one room initially smelling like cigarette smoke, the rest of the hotel was very clean. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable and were always friendly and helpful. I had a great experience at Rua and would highly recommend it.

We found it difficult to find the hotel due to its location near a major pedestrian area, and there were no clear directions provided for unloading temporarily at the end of the road. the bathroom layout was a bit awkward, especially the tub/shower, and the lighting in the bathroom was not ideal for shaving or putting on makeup.

The heating in the rooms had little control, resulting in warm temperatures and the need to open windows at night. Additionally, there were some issues with the TV not working properly, but the staff resolved this promptly the next morning.
