The rooms are spotlessly clean and have modern amenities like a balcony and bathroom. Great facilities including a gym and spa. Friendly and hardworking staff. Varied cuisine and entertaining entertainment team. Impressive service and standards. Highly recommended.

The rooms were clean and spacious, with all the amenities you would expect from a 4-star hotel. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to everything. the staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The food options for vegetarians and those with dietary restrictions were limited and not clearly labeled. It would have been helpful if there were more variety and better communication about the ingredients.

I stayed at Sandos in Benidorm for 9 days and had a great time. The staff were attentive and catered to all our needs. The reception staff were wonderful and knowledgeable, always willing to help. The bar staff served great drinks with wonderful smiles. The waiters and chefs did an amazing job in the restaurant, and the cleaners kept the hotel spotless. Our room, bathroom, and balcony were all great sizes. The entertainment team were great, and we also had the pleasure of seeing the brilliant comedian Pablo Bloom. Highly recommend!

We stayed on the lower level next to the restaurant, which was convenient for the evening entertainment that started around 9 pm. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was on a hill with easy access to both the New Town and the "Old Town." The room we had was clean and spacious, with a bathroom that met our expectations. The service provided by the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. We also enjoyed the great views from the upper floors of the hotel.

The bar felt like a canteen and the noise echoed, making it difficult to have a relaxing time.

The value for money at Sandos Monaco was fantastic, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from shops, bars, restaurants, and the beach. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always eager to help.

sandos in benidorm exceeded our expectations with excellent food and spa facilities. the property was spotless, the location was convenient, and the staff were friendly. the rooms were perfect and the beds were so comfy. we always have a great stay here.

We had an enjoyable and comfortable 3-night stay at Sandos Monaco. Our en-suite room on the 12th floor had a lovely balcony with great views of Benidorm. The staff were helpful and all English-speaking. Any minor issues we had were fixed quickly. The hotel offered a wide variety of food choices that suited all tastes. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to the square and the old town. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, with quality fittings. We loved the roomy balcony, which had sunshine until 1 PM. we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The sandwiches are delicious and there is a wide variety of food options. The staff is excellent and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. We will definitely return next year for another great holiday.
