I had the most wonderful experience staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly and polite staff who made me feel instantly welcomed. The location of this hotel was perfect, centrally located and yet very quiet, providing a private and secure environment. The facilities were just as amazing as they appeared in the pictures on the website. The pool view room I stayed in was not only convenient but also beautifully clean and well-equipped. I had everything I needed, from WiFi and a TV to a hairdryer and mini bar. The comfortable beds and lovely pillows ensured a great night's sleep. I also loved the attention to detail, with daily change of toiletries, bath and hand towels provided. The pool and hot tubs were great, perfect for relaxation.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to this venue. It is perfect for families as well.

I felt safe and secure throughout my stay, thanks to the excellent security measures in place. The resort is just as beautiful and well-equipped as it appears on the website, with a great pool and hot tub area. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed, including WiFi, TV, and a hairdryer. The staff were amazing, especially the Italian girl who served lunch and cocktails. I also appreciated the security guard who waited with us until our early morning departure, ensuring our safety. a wonderful place with everything you could want.

Shower and sink drainage were slow and needed attention. Soundproofing was lacking between rooms, so could hear everything happening in neighboring rooms.

The beach resort provided a truly relaxing atmosphere with the absence of children and soothing lounge music in the background. The staff were multilingual and friendly, making communication seamless. The outside bar was a great addition, with a talented bartender serving delicious drinks.

There were some issues with the rooms, such as duvet covers with holes, ants, and a shower that didn't drain properly. The pool was often cloudy with a film of oil or sun lotion, possibly due to inadequate cleaning.
