The hotel's location was good, although slightly far from the main area, but they made up for it by offering Tuk Tuk services throughout the day. Another bonus was the convenience of having a motorbike rental right next to the hotel. my stay at this hotel was wonderful.

We loved the spacious and clean rooms, which were perfect for me, my husband, and our little child. The hotel facilities were great, including the nice swimming pool and attentive staff. The location, in a calm area away from the frantic nightlife, was ideal for our family. We were able to easily get around using transportation services like the taxi app Bolt, which was fast and affordable. Additionally, the breakfast buffet and other meals at the on-site cafe were tasty and reasonably priced.

Awesome room on top floor with a massage chair, top-notch breakfast buffet with variety, good room hygiene, spacious rooms with professional staff, great facilities, fair-priced room service and beers.

We enjoyed the great variety of breakfast choices and the fact that it was available until noon, which gave us plenty of time to sleep in and still enjoy a delicious meal. The location was very convenient and allowed us easy access to all the main attractions of the city. We also appreciated the prompt and friendly service provided by the shuttle driver.

We found some aspects of our stay to be disappointing. We were disappointed that we were not offered a welcome drink upon arrival, and one of the staff members had a very rude attitude towards us.

I recently stayed at the KTK Hotel in Pattaya for a few nights on a leisure trip with my Thai wife. We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect, within walking distance to malls and Pattaya Street walk. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with plenty of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the amazing Thai massage parlor at the hotel, which offered great services at reasonable prices. The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with a very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and spoke English well. our experience at the KTK Hotel was the best we've had in Thailand, and we highly recommend it.
