Not one thing.

I recently stayed at this amazing hotel right by the beach in a quiet cove in the North part of the island. The location couldn't have been better, with the beach just a few steps away. I loved being able to relax on the sun loungers and enjoy the beautiful views. The hotel also had a spa and wellness center, where I treated myself to a rejuvenating massage and facial. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing holiday. I especially enjoyed the balcony, where I could sit and enjoy the fresh air. The food in the hotel's restaurants was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I also enjoyed the wonderful cocktails served at the bar. my experience at this hotel was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay.

We had an amazing time at the hotel! It was difficult to find information about the hotel and the area beforehand, but it definitely surpassed our expectations. The two pools, one of which is open 24/7, were lovely and had plenty of sun loungers. We enjoyed swimming in the sea right from the hotel's steps. The rooms were comfortable and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and quick service. Some of the local restaurants, like Rebrots and Niu, were also great. There's a laid-back beach bar opposite the hotel which is perfect for grabbing a drink or quick bite. Getting to and from the hotel was easy with taxis. it's a perfect hotel for a laid-back beach holiday.

The value for money at Grupotel was excellent - great rooms, good breakfast, and easy parking. The staff treated us amazingly, especially Abdel who was always helpful and smiling.

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, making sure I felt comfortable during my entire stay. They even offered a welcome drink upon arrival and upgraded my room for free! The pools were relaxing, the food was delicious, and the drinks were reasonably priced. The location was perfect, with beautiful beaches just a stone's throw away and a variety of great restaurants nearby.

I was impressed by the warm welcome at the Grupotel. Even though we arrived at 4am, the receptionist personally escorted us to the dining room where we were offered drinks and platters of food. The rooms were clean and had air conditioning. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure our needs were met. The buffet food was always good with a wide variety to choose from. The resort was quiet and picturesque, perfect for a chill out holiday. The nearby beaches were beautiful with clear waters, ideal for kids. I would recommend this hotel for a peaceful getaway.

Plenty of breakfast options, lovely pool area. Car rental recommended to explore the stunning beaches of Ibiza.

This hotel was really near to the beach, which was situated in a lil' cove. The location was perfect, with a shop nearby for convenience. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Everything was fantastic.

The hotel location was great, very close to the beach, and there were amazing views from the room. the staff was generally friendly and willing to help with whatever we needed. We were impressed by the variety of activities offered, including a karaoke night and dance lessons.

The food was not good at all. the options were limited and the quality was low, especially for the Christmas dinner.
