We had a fantastic time at Serenity! From the moment we arrived, we were treated with warmth and hospitality. the staff, especially Anastasia, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the apartment was well-equipped, and we loved the stunning view from the terrace. We were even pleasantly surprised to be offered a cold drink upon arrival, a gesture that made us feel truly welcomed. the location was quiet and peaceful, and we enjoyed spending time by the pool. Serenity provided us with the best experience and we will definitely book here again when we return to Gran Canaria.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had stunning views of Amadores bay. The pool was a nice place to relax and the sun beds were always available. The staff, especially Ana and Anastasia, were exceptionally nice and helpful. The bar had a great panoramic view and Jordan was always there to serve a tasty drink with a smile. Late checkout was available, allowing us to enjoy our time before our late evening flight. The cleaning staff, Ana and Rosalia, did a great job keeping the room clean and fresh.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff at Serenity were excellent and so helpful. They provided great advice and recommendations. I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded me to a premium room with a massive balcony. The room was luxurious and had everything I needed. The balcony was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view. The location was convenient, with a nearby beach just a short taxi ride away. Parking was free and I always found a space. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the 30-degree heat. a fantastic place to stay.

I recently stayed at Serenity Amadores for a week and it was absolutely amazing. The spacious apartments had a panoramic view of the Amadores Beach area below and the balconies were equipped with sunbeds. The swimming pool area was very relaxing, with plenty of sunbeds and a lower sun area. The hotel also had a mini supermarket where I could find all my basic needs. The staff, especially receptionist Anastasia, were extremely polite and always went above and beyond to help us with any issues.

I stayed at Serenity in Amadores for 9 days and would 100% recommend this hotel. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the beach and easy access to shopping centers. The staff, especially Jordan and Ana, were extremely friendly and helpful. The top level rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a comfy bed and great amenities. The pool area was perfect for relaxing with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. I loved the attention to detail, like the yellow pool towels and towel change every two days. a fantastic stay!
