I stayed at this hotel while attending an event at Palau de la Musica. The location was perfect, just a short walk away. The staff were professional and kind, exceeding my expectations. The room was clean and spacious, with a full-sized bathtub and good water pressure. The maid service was excellent and the room was well lit. The hotel also offered discounted access to public parking. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location near the city center and Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. The premium room was clean, spacious, and had a luxurious bathroom. The buffet breakfast was one of the best we've had with a wide selection of food. I would recommend this hotel for a city trip.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right opposite beautiful gardens, and it was easy to explore the scientific area of the city which is well worth a visit. We were happy to use the superb local transport to get around. The room was spotlessly clean and had a great view over the park. The staff were friendly and professional, providing excellent service. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, with a range of delicious options to choose from.

The car parking arrangement was quite expensive and could be improved.

The staff at SH was incredibly professional and friendly, accommodating our needs and allowing us to leave our luggage early. The spacious rooms and well-equipped bathrooms were impressive. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to everything by foot, bus, or metro.

During our thanksgiving stay, we enjoyed the complimentary snacks and drinks provided in the room. the hotel's key location was perfect for exploring the city and its attractions. the staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs.

The indoor pool was freezing and not enjoyable to swim in. we had requested a double bed but received two twin beds pushed together, which was not comfortable.

The rooms were excellent and very clean. the breakfast dining room manager was helpful and accommodating, especially when we had an allergy issue. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the city center and bus station.

The receptionist we encountered when we arrived late at night was not very pleasant and seemed to have a different attitude once he found out one of our party members was Spanish. we had some issues with the spa experience.
